This means the duration of treatment will not exceed five days, with a limited maximum dose of 12 milligrams of codeine.

I usually get Panafen Plus because they're cheaper than Nurofen. They have 12.8mg of codiene at the moment, so reducing to 12mg is not a huge difference. But I can get a pack of 75 for about $10 (13c pill). The 24 pack is around $6 (25c pill). So because of a very small group of people doing the wrong thing it's going to cost about twice as much now!
